Egyxotic Tours Contract

 

In order to secure your booking, you must inform Egyxotic Tours of

your request. Our representative will contact you to discuss & finalize the

arrangements, and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You must

confirm these details and pay the deposit, as discussed in your details; to

Egyxotic tours by wire transfer or Credit /Debit card (We accept both: Visa

& Master cards)

 

 Change of Itinerary:

Egyxotic Tours reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, including optional tour,

and substitute accommodations including vessels, aircraft and trains, at any

time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Red Sea Tours’

control. Utmost efforts will be made to operate itineraries as planned, but

alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. All scheduled

sightseeing has been confirmed in advance, but venues including archaeological

sites, museums and other points of interest may change their hours of

operations at short notice. If this occurs, our guide will offer alternative

arrangements.

 


Reservation & Payment schedule

·        Passport data of all participants is required upon reservation

·        Deposit per person required within 14 days after booking request: 25 % of the tour fee

·        Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival during normal season and 60 days prior to arrival during peak season

·        Final itinerary is issued within 3 days after final payment

·        Domestic air or Sleeper train ticket is issued within 3 days after final payment

 

Payment by Credit Card

 When paying by credit card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the agreed upon services. These documents should be faxed or emailed to Egyxotic Tours. Otherwise, we will not be able to

proceed with completing your request.

Document needed: A signed authorization letter to Egyxotic Tours allowing the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit card. The signature must match that appearing on your credit card and passport.


Cancellation Policy (Except for Peak Period)

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

 In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

 

Ø 61 days prior to arrival (or more): Free Cancellation

Ø 60 – 31 days prior to arrival: 25 % of Tour fee

Ø 30 – 15 days prior to arrival: 50 % of Tour fee

Ø 14 – 8 days prior to arrival: 75 % of Tour fee

Ø 7 days prior to arrival (or less): 100 % of Tour fee

 

 

 

 Cancellation Fees for Peak period

 

Ø 91 days prior to arrival (or more): Free Cancellation

Ø 90 – 61 days prior to arrival: 25 % of Tour fee

Ø 60 – 31 days prior to arrival: 50 % of Tour fee

Ø 30 – 15 days prior to arrival: 75 % of Tour fee

Ø 14 days prior to arrival (or less): 100 % of Tour fee

 

Peak Period:

 

1) Christmas & New Year: from 20 December 2020 till 07 January 2021

2) Easter: from 28 March 2021 till 11 April 2021

Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.

 

 

Force Majeure:

Egyxotic Tours offers a very flexible cancelation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and/or your destination. In the event of this happening, we will be refunding you the amount paid for the tour package, or in some cases your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations we operate tours in. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, according to the airline's terms and conditions, and bank surcharges fees applied on the deposit amount paid.         

 

Black Friday Offers:

On our website, & until November 30th, Black Friday deals will be available. The validity of offers is limited to the new inquiries made during the sale of Black Friday. Seasonal & occasional Holiday packages may be subject to our Black Friday offers, with the possibility of exclusions.


 Refunding policy

·        Using the same method which was used for the original payment, the refund will be made to the same account. In case of no show for an existing reservation, no refunds are possible.

·        Refunds will be performed only through the original mode of payment.

Accommodation

Prices are based on twin sharing (two persons sharing a room), unless otherwise

stated. Single rooms are available with an additional supplementary rate.

Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality, however, rooms may be

reserved at either the named hotel or at another hotel of same quality. Tariffs

and other costs are included in the published price at the time of printing.

However, they are subject of change without notice. 

 Flights

 (1)Domestic Flights:

Average price of flights are quoted based upon approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times as well as changes to previously booked reservations may cause changes to the total price of the package.


 (2)International Flights:

In case of booking the international flight through our company:

Preferred rates available from your origin to the destination. Our travel consultant will book you the right flight that matches with your scheduled tour just in time at very special prices.


Responsibility

Egyxotic Tours is not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the

provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

 

Special Requests

The company should be informed by the client’s special request (in case there is any) at the time of booking. The company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, however, as not being a part of the contract, such fulfillment is not guaranteed by the company, (including for pre-bookable seats). Even if the company confirms that a special request has been passed on to the supplier on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill

it. If a special request cannot be met, the client will not be specifically notified. Bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request are not accepted by the company.

 

Tipping

Offering tips is a way to express client’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by the staff on duty. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, however, this is not an obligation.

Complaints

Most of the problems can be solved quickly, so, in case you have any complaints while you are in the destination, please notify the company (Egyxotic Tours) immediately. Call the Customer Care Manager while you are still on your tour, if you feel that your problem persists. If you are still not satisfied with the service you received after you return home, you must write to the Customer Care Management.
